This page is dedicated to the Danes of
the past.  We were so lucky to have
these Danes be part of our lives, no
matter how much or how little they were
with us.
It all began with Sam, Ra-ca's Tara I Can C Heaven.  My beautiful blue eyed
harlequin girl from Cathrine Roh at Ra-Ca Danes, Callaway, MD.  Sam had this
wonderful ability to leap 4-5 feet straight up in the air, she was the most
silliest Dane.

**My beloved Sam, You are always in my heart!**
In the beginning of my Dane adventures, we were known as Terra's Great Danes.  (Sometimes
spelled Tara).  I got the name Terra from my little beagle Dachshund mix that I adopted from the
shelter when she was nine weeks old.  Terra, a very smart and loyal girl of course was spayed, so to
carry on her legacy and her wonderful name, each Dane was named after her. Unfortunately we did
not carry on the name, as my separation and divorce from my then husband, caused Terra's Great
Danes to be no more.

If you or anyone you know has any of the Terra (Tara) Danes listed in a pedigree of a Dane you own
or known, please contact me.

Terah, 11/93-
Terra's Lil Bit O Witchraft or Salem, daughter of Sam from her
second litter.  This photo was shot minutes after getting home
from the vet clinic.  Salem had an abscess of some kind on her
bottom, and the vet had lanced it, cleaned it, and drained it.
When we got home, Salem jumped up on the couch and this is
how she was most comfortable!
Raca-Terras Natrl Disaster got his name because the moment we got him
home from the airport, and let him out of the kennel he ran around the
house grabbing whatever he could, barking, and causing the other danes
to get all excited.  His call name, "Clyde" was given because he sounded
like a herd of clydesdales when he did this.

**We will always remember you Clyde!**
As our Dane family was growing, Sam, Salem, and Clyde,
we had purchased a home with property and a six run
indoor outdoor kennel.  We then added two more danes,
Daisy and Bo to our family.  These Danes were a half
brother and sister pair, and both came from Texas.

Later, Bo went on to live with Dutchess, Sam's daughter
from her second litter.  And Daisy went to a wonderful
family in Alaska.
Terra's Mystical Lil Star, grand daughter to Sam.  daughter of
Terra's Storm O the Rockies from Sam's second litter
Past Litters
Ozwald, or Ozzie.  This Dane had a character all his own.  Him and
Sam where best friends.  He was bred in Eureka Montana, and
unfortunately was returned to the breeder due to a problem with
paperwork.
This beautiful boy is Zen, or Zennie, legally known as Equity's The Wishmaster.  Zen
came to me when all my Danes were gone as a companion. Zennie made such a
huge impression on my heart!  He was a wonderful dog, and I thank my stars that
Jane gave me the opportunity to meet him and spend time with him.  However,
sadly, I was forced to give Zennie back to Jane.  Zen carried out his life in Korea
and became a Korean Champion!!!!!!!! Way to go ZENNIE!!!!! I LOVE AND MISS YOU MY
FRIEND!

Krazydanz A Shot In The Dark RIPJack.  Jack was purchased summer 2007.  We
picked him out when he was 3 weeks old.  The family we were buying him from,
bought his mother and her litter and had really no history on him.  We were taking a
chance getting him.  Every week the seller sent us photos of Jack.  We were getting
all excited about adding another Dane to our family.  I kept in constant contact with
the seller, Jack was doing well, playing, growing, and healthy.  As we got closer to
our shipping date, the seller sent the registration papers. Two days before he was
to be shipped, the seller called and left me a voice mail while I was at work.  She
was crying, Jack died that night in his sleep.  Our money, including the cost of
shipping was promptly refunded.  The seller had been wonderful and honest from
the beginning of it all, and I would gladly purchase a puppy from her again.  One of
Jack's sister's lived in Libby Montana.
Krazydanz Rain.  We lost Rain at 16 weeks of age.  It was a great
disappointment and surprise.  Rain, although fully vaccinated, came down with
Parvo Virus and was gone within 24 hours after showing symptoms.  After a full
necropsy, it appears that she had a non-hereditary Immune Dificency.  We will
miss this girl greatly.  For her short time here on earth, she was loved very
very much!
